TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GARDEN DESIGN
Fees
A lump sum fee is chargeable for the initial garden consultation, and a quotation for this will be provided upon enquiry. This fee will be invoiced following the consultation, regardless of any subsequent quotations issued for further services.
Upon acceptance of a fee quotation for garden design services, The Manx Herbalist will carry out the services as described. Any additional services requested by the client that were not included in the original scope will incur additional charges.
Fees quoted are estimates based on the information available at the time. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Should there be any delay in the completion of the project, an interim invoice will be issued, reflecting the work completed to date.
Fee Invoices
Payment in full is required upon completion of the agreed work. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
